The MAHU Series Marine Type Air Handling Unit is designed to maintain satisfactory environmental conditions with respect to temperature, ventilation rate and noise, equipment functionality and vessel/module integrity and safety The MAHU Series Marine Type Air Handling Unit takes into account special and rigorous conditions on the sea, such as intensive vibration due to pitching and rolling of a ship, and corrosion caused by seawater and sea breezes. All the necessary components are compactly contained in a single casing to effectively maximize the limited space available
on a ship. Installation is simple; all you must do on-site is provide piping for condenser water, and condensation disposal and wiring. The smaller units can ideally be installed in an AHU room, and all units can be installed easily regardless of whether the ship is new or old. The MAHU Series Marine Type Air Handling Unit ensures a comfortable voyage and working life on the ship.

Range
18 sizes providing air vol from 3,000 m3/h to 40,000 m3/h. Maximum positive pressure of 2,200 Pa in unit casing.
 
Material and surface treatment
Unit casing to be constructed of standard PU panel module; panel bonded with 38kg/m3 of hard PU layer for better thermal isolation and stronger pressure resistance. Outer panel skin to be 0.5mm robust steel with baked paining/0.5mm stainless steel, and inner panel skin to be 0.5mm stainless steel .

Warranty: 
The seller shall warrant the equipment against defects due to defective design, materials and workmanship for 18 months from delivery of product or 12 months after completion delivery of the ship equipped with the buyer's product (Deck Crane), which ever coms earlier. If such defects should occur within that period, the seller shall remedy such defects at the seller's expense.
