Marine Water Cooled Type Water Chillers

Marine water-cooled chiller units are designed for long service in heavy sea conditions. It is main part of indirect AC system. It takes refrigerant as cooling medium to make low temperature, chilled water and provide it to terminals. Chilled water flows through coil and conducts heat exchange with air, thus realize the cooling and dehumidification purpose.
Marine water chiller has the features of new design, simple operation, stable running and convenient maintenance. it is widely used in all kinds of passenger ships, cargo ships and platforms.

 Key Components:
- Compressor: Factory assembled with semi-hermetic screw compressors
- Condenser: Horizontal type shell and tube marine condensers with liquid level indication sight glass fitted for water cooled chillers use.
- Evaporator: Cu/Ni tube for seawater cooled condensers as standard, the tube plates and end covers made of bronze., Direct-expansion type evaporator with refrigerant in the tubes and chiller water flowing through the baffled shell.
- Original German SIMENS PLC controlled units ensure reliable and economical operation.
Stainless steel 316L casing and frame
-  Electrical and automation control panel is divided into 2 separated parts. All controls and motor starting equipment necessary for unit operation are factory-wired and function-tested. The panel enclosures are available from IP44, IP55 and IP56 complying with variable marine and offshore requirements, the panel is powder coated with galvanized steel sheet.

Warranty: 
The seller shall warrant the equipment against defects due to defective design, materials and workmanship for 18 months from delivery of product or 12 months after completion delivery of the ship equipped with the buyer's product (Deck Crane), which ever coms earlier. If such defects should occur within that period, the seller shall remedy such defects at the seller's expense.
