Special flexible metal hose for MBR membrane module is also be called: special hose for membrane bi-reactor (water production hose, water collection hose and aeration hose), which is a new type of environmental protection patent hose developed by our company for large-scale environmental protection projects. Features:
1. Bending freely and not limited by working space. The bending part will not be folded and cracked. It has good flexibility and fatigue resistance, which makes it easy to absorb various motion deformation and cyclic loads. Convenient installation and maintenance.
2. Good sealing performance. With high pressure and negative pressure resistance, the working pressure can reach 2.5MPa and the negative pressure can reach 0.3MPa
3. The temperature resistance range is -50ºC ~ 120ºC, and the tube hardening and softening will not affect the service function due to the change of climate or service temperature.
4. It has anti-corrosion and anti-aging properties. In view of the complexity of sewage quality and the corrosion induced by other solid microorganisms, our company adopts the spraying method of polymer special materials.
5. The patented technology of completely isolating the pipe body from the medium in the aeration tank eliminates the corrosion factor of austenitic stainless steel pipe body caused by the medium in the aeration tank, and greatly prolongs the whole service life of the hose.
Application
• New energy-saving aeration equipment used in all biochemical treatment projects of industrial wastewater and urban domestic sewage;
• It is used for pre-aeration of sewage regulating tank, which can prevent large sediment deposition and remove some organic matters;
